While waiting for my friends to arrive, I been chowing down some complimentary appetisers and I particularly liked the tofu which hide under your bowl. First time coming to 7080, we consider this as a CNY celebration in Korean style. At first we have ordered a few korean white wine and they were all fizzy with a light fruit flavour. One of the most underrated dish at any Korean BBQ restaurants. It is actually extremely chewy and jelly-like at the same time in terms of the texture. Dipping it in some yellow bean powder makes it a highly addictive dish for those who are not afraid of eating fat!

One of the most succulent part of meat in all time, it was indeed super juicy and soft in texture. It would be even better having it with some cold bean sprouts, kimchi, wrapped in a sheet of lettuce.
The thinly sliced ox tongue looks bright red and fresh. It gets cured up once it has been cooked and it only took literally 5 seconds.
