Picked this restaurant for brunch / tea gathering with girls , didn’t have much expectation beforehand , yet the quality of food was up to standard and the price was considered fair with two-hour free flow champagne of choice. Updated menu as below : I would not suggest for the “Food Only” option as the variety of unlimited starters was not as much as that of a hotel buffet , and the price would be more worthy if coupled with unlimited champagne. I would not suggest for the “Food Only” option as the variety of unlimited starters was not as much as that of a hotel buffet , and the price would be more worthy if coupled with unlimited champagne. During our visit , we had the below unlimited food available: Sashimi (tuna, salmon, mackerel & hamachi), snack sushi rolls (shrimp tempura, fatty tuna, vegetarian) , raw seafood (mussels & shrimps), salad, hot food (chicken wings, grilled chicken cartilage, etc) and Japanese snacks (onsen egg, roe, etc). [Mussels here were exceptionally fresh and not the frozen ones normally used outside, was my favourite starter!]
Girls chat along with champagne and starters were great enough to spend the hours, after a few times refill of starters , we had chosen the below mains : Short ribs w/ eggplant purée, black cod and mochi pancakes w/ berries.
Ribs and black cod were great and delicious! I appreciated the just-cook texture of the cod the most. Mochi pancakes were so-so as it was too thick and floury. At last came the dessert platter
Yet we queried on the portion for three persons ...🤔 what if I came alone ? Do I still get one of each ? Lol
Overall the standard of food was great and the atmosphere and deco were chill and cosy. I liked the utensils and dishes used as well and would recommend to my friends if want to have a nice place to sit for hours and chat. Champagne was nice and made it
worthy for the price paid 🙊 Would be much eager to revisit if there is a wider choice of sashimi and hot food.
