Sando has been quite popular in HK, let’s checkout the ones from Silencio. Sando aka Japanese sandwich, wrapped in a precise square format, the crustless white milk bread typically sandwiches a meat cutlet coated in panko breadcrumbs. And Silencio is a modern izakaya restaurant nestled in Lan Kwai Fong, Central. 1) Sando- Miyazaki wagyu tenderloin , Hokkaido milk bread, mayonnaise & katsu sauce. $488 (set lunch includes a starter & dessert). Very aromatic & rich piece of sandwich but I find it a little too oily for my liking. I give it an ok but not the best I have tried.2) Chicken Karaage - crispy fried chicken with yuzu kosho, miso and burnt lime (appetiser). Rating 3/53) Chef’s Maki (appetiser). No surprises ….4) George - kuro buta pork belly with sesame, kabu and apple $298 set lunch . Well prepared, juicy and tasty. 5) cheesecake, again no surprises.

Wanna try this restro for ages hahaha esp their fifty shades of tuna but instead I went for the wine and dine lunch menu this time ($248pp)!/Autumn otoshi/There’s edamame as the appetiser🥰 there’s also another cold dish. I like the container so much ahahah super cute. I think I tried sth similar before but still I’m not sure what is it😅 the miso soup was too salty... /Chef’s maki/Nothing special. Just sushi roll with cucumber and crab stick😂/Salary Man/It’s an A4 wagyu and potato croquette🥰 crispy outside and fluffy inside. Stuffed with minced Wagyu👌🏻/Wagyu/The Wagyu was perfectly cooked😳 so tender and juicy🥰/Signature Sando +$188/Omggggg the best Wagyu sando I have ever had. It’s appearance just wow me😂 love the colour of the Wagyu katsu tenderloin so much! The Mayo and katsu sauce didn’t override the taste of the Wagyu. Those milk bread were slightly toasted with a lovely golden surface🍞 the texture of the sando was superb. I couldn’t say a word after the first bite.... it’s simply amazing no joke😂 the tenderloin was so tenderrrrrr🤯 would definitely encore because of this🐮/Natsumeku/It’s a raspberry cake roll with matcha icecream🥰 perfect ending with sth sour and sweet heheOverall, I love the vibes of the restaurant. Good service. Amazing food💕 had an amazing Wagyu feast🤣🐮

星期一同朋友食生日飯,環境好舒服,唔多人,成間餐廳得2枱客,問返staff先知原來除咗星期一之外其餘日子都有live band.. 好sad竟然咁啱係星期一黎🥲 好彩野食好食,雖然價錢係有少少貴,散叫人均都1000,所以大家真係可以試吓佢998既Tasting Menu 。叫左個沙律,唔特別所以冇影相,油甘魚刺身正常發揮。另外再叫左佢signature dishes: Fifty Shades of Tuna🍣 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 好食!Total有6舊,係普通/中/大拖羅每樣2件 個portion 都合理值得叫佢個 Wagyu Sando!本身價錢$388,非常建議加$200 upgrade 有4個口味既toppings: Truffle/Caviar/ Uni/Foie gras 好食又靚!!
