My friend said we have to try one Michelin restaurant once in our life time and she chose this one. This Japanese French Michelin restaurant is located in K11 musea. Sashimi

Again the presentation was beautiful! I felt like eating an art piece. The stone bream sashimi was fresh and crunchy. The fermented tomato was sweet.

Pigeon

I believed that not a lot of people try the pigeon so I ordered it. I was so happy with it. It was delicious. I love the meat as it was soft and juicy.

Ice-cream

To finish off, I had the walnut caramel ice cream. The ice-cream was full of flavor; it was creamy and smooth.
