Chinese style salmon and spinach omelette

I rarely dine at CDC but came here randomly because the fish on the menu seemed attractive.There was fried fish filet in tomato sauce or salmon and spinach omelette.Luckily I did not order the filet because it was coated in egg (Chinese style).★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Salmon and spinach Chinese omelette:When it arrived I realised the egg was Chinese style!  When it arrived I realised the egg was Chinese style! CRAP!
It was such a good pairing of salmon and spinach but because it was done in a Chinese way, the egg was hard and plasticky.
The western style eggs are soft and fluffy.
There were also pieces of red peppers in it too which really ruined it.
For the locals it probably tastes nice but it was definately not my cup of tea.
