Went here for a gathering as iSquare is nice and quiet on the weekdays.On this visit, the star of the show was the pigeon in Huadiao wine.It was such much nicer than the drunken chicken and recently I discovered that there are two main Chinese wines used for cooking which are shaoxing and huadiao.Huadiao is better because it is much subtle.Anyway the drunken pigeon was so damn good because it tasted like Marks and Spencers liver pate which has wine in it and pigeon tastes like goose so it was ta

Anyway the drunken pigeon was so damn good because it tasted like Marks and Spencers liver pate which has wine in it and pigeon tastes like goose so it was tasty.
The soup was quite nice as it was clear and loaded with Chinese herbs.
The chilled fish was a bit fishy.
Not as tasty as my when I last tried it. For Shanghai classics had the XLB, glutinous dumplings and Soy milk.
