Went here with some friends from the UK as it sounded fun. Fun it was not.Got there are 11am on a Monday, place was empty. Staff more interested playing Pokemon Go or whatever. Had to ask for a table, got a begrudging yes (too busy guys?). Downloaded the app (which is in Chinese) and therefore had to ask for some help. Told only cold drinks. Waited best part of 25 mins for the first two coffees to arrive, nobody explained why (we were still the only customers). My coffee had the photo out of alignment so my other half was cut off. The third coffee had 'been done wrong' so another wait ensued, this time another 15 minutes. Staff not apologetic at all.
Coffee itself tasted OK, but how wrong can a caramel latte be?
For $59 a go you're paying for a fad, but the terrible service and quality means only go there if you're really not interested in a good experience.
