Went to Singkee again because the food is good.It was my third time trying this place so we had some different dishes.Started with uni which was so big it was the like the size of a human tongue served with other fresh sashimi.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆The clams in clear broth was my favourite because it was seasoned with salt and pepper bringing out the delicate flavours of the clams.The glass vermicelli is the essence of the dish because it has soaked up the delicious broth.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆Then there is crispy
