Consistently great ramen in hk

Twice a month on Fridays we would have our Friday ramen time. Been to so many ramen shops in hk (also as a frequent visitor to Tokyo for work) I could say that this ramen place still serve one of the best ramen in HK. The quality is always high and consistency is always there. Chef is Japanese and very friendly. So as the staffLoved the spicy beansprout that I could pour over my ramen. Helps to add some kick into it if u fancy a little spicy
