Wanting to try their cookie and palmier for a long time and finally my friend bought me one of each. Talk about the Palmier, well it's totally overrated; it's not crunchy, no butter taste and no sugar at all and I simply can't tell what it is!!!!! And about the cookies, I tried all different taste but can't find any of them taste good at all. And about the cookies, I tried all different taste but can't find any of them taste good at all. Well, the chocolate is the worst, it's rather hard then crispy; butter cookies without butter taste or smell at all and the coffee cookies taste very unnatural it should be made with some kind of coffee essence that doesn't taste good. Overall, the texture of the cookies is not qualified and needs further improvement. One last thing is from the smiley face they pipe on top of the cookies one can tell the chef is very busy cos' it's looks it's done in a hurry...... If you are adding details to your cookies make sure you've time for that or else it just ruin the initial idea.
