A twist on the classic 乾炒牛河, the signature Seared Skirt Steak Noodle reimagined the dish from a neo-chinese perspective.I enjoyed the Sourdough Egg Waffle, Ginger and Scallion “Crab”, and the Short-rib Pan Fried Dumplings the most!The Raw scallop “Aguachile” was so fresh while the cumin fried chicken was so flavorful 😋It’s a great place for a casual catch up during happy hour!
