Seafood tortellini: I loved the tortellini because they were filled with delicious seafood complimented with broccoli puree.

Short rib and wagyu sirloin with mash: The beef was ok but I didn’t really finish it because I was quite full.

Red wine pear: For dessert finished with this deliciously poached pear in red white.
The red wine was reduced in such a way that it was concentrated in the pear.
