The staff were very cheerful and had great hospitality. They handed me a sheet to select my set meal. I ordered the $98 lunch set with 3 appetizers, 1 main dish, miso soup and your choice of carbs. It was fully soaked with the sauce. Similarly, the eggplant also absorbed the miso sauce very well. I have never thought that tomato could go so well with bean curd sheets.
