The dish was 3 thick slices of tomato and buffalo mozzarella, with some Italian greens on the side. Everything was fresh and delicious, but would be perfect if they had put more pesto sauce. We finished up with the oil and vinegar provided on the table.
Buccatini Carbonara $98
This pasta was amazing. Every bite was very flavorful. Although the sauce was a bit greasy, the tastes of bacon, probably also onion, herbs and white wine, were well infused into every single tube of pasta. And the chef knew exactly what is a perfect el dente. Not sure if it is the best in town because I don't usually order Carbonara, but I just love it.
There was a live band. The music was not too loud and the atmosphere was good. Appreciated the service because the staff did change our share plates after the appetizer. Just not a norm for restaurants in this range.張貼
