Let me just say. BBQ has definitely changed my perspective on food. Ingredients that are seemingly high end can be placed in a relaxing and down to earth setting and be transformed. We started off with Sun Mei Tang (酸梅湯), which is one of the classics at places that serve food that can be more on the harmful (as in a bit too 上火) for you. The foie gras on toast was also delicious. It was very rich and just the right amount of salt. The toast was not as crisp as I would have liked it to have been crunchier so as to take off some of the richness from the foie gras itself.

The pork belly and sausages were just average, nothing memorable.

The star of the show was DEFINITELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT the rack of lamb. I cannot stress how amazing it was. It was melt off the bone deliciousness. It tasted like butter but in a good way, trust me. It had a good amount of seasoning and a good amount of flavour. The lamb flavour was just enough so that you knew it was lamb but not too much that it was in your face. This was definitely a perfect dish. They sealed in the juices well by BBQing it perfectly.

There were many other dishes that we ordered but unfortunately they had all run out (the popularity of these dishes is insane).

This place can be popping on any day of the week. The lines form out the door but the wait time is not very long. You can also call ahead to book a reservation. BBQ is run by two couples who run the BBQ and the cashier. They have two storefronts. One at this location and the other one across the street.
