We wanted pasta for lunch and returned to Happy Valley for this pasta bar. Although there aren’t many seats, the overall atmosphere was quite cozy. Though I’m usually not a fan of Bolognese, the balance here was very satisfying. The combination of beef, pork, tomato, and Parmesan cheese was just right, and the pappardelle was perfectly cooked.
