Ruby Diamond (HK$54) with milk chocolate, hazelnut cream, caramelized hazelnut and almond sugar crust. The diamond exterior is a chocolate shell with hazelnut cream and sponge cake on the inside. While the flavors tasted as expected, it was well-executed and the appearance was simply gorgeous. Who wouldn't want a diamond like this!
