The food was delicious, all the staffs are polite and attentive except one of the staff wearing a suit he didn’t have any batch on and not sure if he was a supervisor. We asked for a wine and selected 2018 bottle. He brought the wine over and pour for us to test. We didn’t realise it was not 2018 but a 2019 bottle. Then we questioned him why we didn’t get 2018 bottle and he told us he already showed us the bottle.. fair enough you showed us the bottle and just skip the fact that you didn’t have

Then we questioned him why we didn’t get 2018 bottle and he told us he already showed us the bottle.. fair enough you showed us the bottle and just skip the fact that you didn’t have 2018 bottle and just replaced with 2019 bottle and say you are very busy and ran out of stock!! Then i asked if 2018 & 2019 taste the same, he just give me the face of think so..if you are working in such a restaurant let alone being a waiter/waitress you should know that each year goes by the wine aged and taste better! Unprofessional and made the evening unpleasant. I too understand working in a restaurant it’s challenging but you still need to be polite and professional. We are paying for the service and just want to have a nice evening. He was also unhappy, not welcoming not even a smile when we were seated at 6:45pm (he told us that we have only 2 hours, he reminded us here, this was also shown in the booking before, he remembered to remind us here, he didnt think to remind us that he replaced 2018 bottle with 2019 and that its our fault for he already showed us)!! I enjoy going to pirata group very much but this was an uncomfortable & unpleasant experience.
