I went to the Central restaurant for lunch on Monday. I had ordered "beef in pan" and "Chinese soup". When I waited for my order, I saw the staff put her "black nail" in the soup in order to get it on the tray. She didn't wear any glove. I told her her nail went into the soup, please gave me another one. She gave me another one but yet she still put her black nail in the soup. I had to ask another staff to give me the "clean" soup" for the third time. How can the staff don't have basic cleanines
Also, there is place to put cups of hot water. I was surprised the staff put 'beef in pan" dishes on top of the water. I just wonder how can the water be clean?
In addition, when I ate the "beef in pan", the first one was a bit raw, when I tried the second one, it was very raw that it was very red. I just left it there, I didn't want to change anymore as I had changed the clean soup for so many times. How could the kitchen cooked raw meat for customers to taste as the beef were 100% cooked the first time I tired it at another store.
My opinion for the visit was very disappointed.
