We were really excited to come here based on the good reviews. We arrived at around 2:15pm on a Saturday and had to wait a bit. Service was really good throughout and we got a table after 15 mins or so. The burgers didn’t take too long to arrive. I got the honbo while girlfriend got the cheeseburger (I think the only difference is that the cheeseburger has lettuce). While we were impressed by the fries, we found the burgers a little lacklustre. It just seemed to be missing a little something. My girlfriend, who is much more into burgers than I am, thinks that the patties are too dry and there’s not enough pickles. I agree. The bun was nothing special either. However we were both impressed with the house sauce, which we think would go well with fried chicken. Maybe their other branch in wan chai is better? Or maybe we were just unlucky and the cook had an off day.
