Arrived at 6:30 ordered a seafood platter with a bottle of white wine, the wine didn't come until I asked them to bring it over. the white wine was not cold. waited 2 hrs until 8:30 for our food, while already finishing the bottle of wine, and still nothing has been served yet. being promised our platter will be next we waited a little longer. The platter did come but unfortunately it was the wrong platter which was meant for the table beside us. After this we decided to cancel ourorder and leave without a single item being served and no apology.
Having paid the 500 booking fee they didn't even bother to give me a bill for the wine which was 389+10% and told me i can just leave. I was not refunded the difference which I am still owed and no bill/receipt was even presented to me upon leaving.

it seems their main priority is not the people seated in the restaurant at the time. But rather they are more focused on all the take out orders they are trying so hard to fulfill while sacrificing the service that should be provided to the guest currently waiting patiently for their order.

Thanks for the worst dining experience ever and especially on Xmas Eve.
