During my recent visit to the steakhouse restaurant, I opted for the ‘Chicken Christopher 香脆雞扒配廚師白酒汁’ priced at HKD 408. I expected a culinary delight but was met with disappointment. Moreover, the service I received was subpar, especially for what is purported to be a hotel restaurant steakhouse. The staff failed to meet the standard of hospitality and attentiveness one would expect from a dining establishment in a hotel.
Overall, my experience at this steakhouse restaurant was underwhelming and did not justify the cost of the meal. I had hoped for a memorable experience but left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
