Went to Accro today to grab coffee and chill, waited for over 30 minutes, just to be told that my order was missed. Ok. But the first thing the staff did was to cover up the fact that they did not place my order and claimed to “confirm my order” by asking what I had got. This is the worst, honestly a sincere apology would be much better than messing with your customers. Very disappointed. Also, can’t see how they wanted to make up for their mistake. Would not recommend going.
