We preordered their set menu with an online platform and after the discount it was around $750 per person. (org around $900)Each of us can choose a different tea and I chose Sweet Memories. The aroma does remind you of sweetness yet it didn't taste sweet. Loved it.Crab Shell was really stuffed with lots of fillings.The Fish Soup was rich and kind of reminded me of snake stew(in a good way).The Sauteered Prawn was perfectly look and it was so succulent it looked as it names imply Crystal in Chine

The smoked chicken with tea leaves was really aromatic though I need to say 3 pieces is really a bit too few.
This vegetable based dished looked stunning and the inside of the tomato was stuffed with fillings.
The rice for me was a bit too moist but the flavors were spot on.
Overall, the flavors of the menu was great but the size of some dishes were a bit small (I guess it was winter so I was more hungry than usual).

The value I marked as 4 stars due to the discount, for the full price, I would mark as 3
