The most hyped coffee around Central recently! Many of you who have visited Singapore airport would find this brand familiar, and in late August they finally opened their flagship store in IFC! Bacha coffee specialises in 100% arabica coffees and they offer wide range (more choices than you can remember!) of fine-flavoured takeaway coffee, served in a fancy tray with vanilla bean Chantilly cream and a raw sugar stick. Tried the “Mount Kenya” as suggested by the staff to be strong and complex… would do their drip bags next time instead to skip the queue. Verdict: For a takeaway coffee priced at HKD50+ (yes they have choice of coffee beans for HKD835 a cup too), I would say there are much better options around Central…
