the manager hardsell those fish written on a board and say that they are freshly sent to HK by plan, and ask us to try. I plan $280 to try one 剝皮魚extremely bad, I cannot never feel the word "fresh". Very expensive but I cannot finsih all of them, although it is only a very small fish, of the size of the palm.
