I have always wanted to go in this restaurant, because of the attractive interior and front.A little different in urban causeway bay, especially the back of causeway bay, facing the World trade centre.Before going in, it heavily promoted is dumplings and milk dessert.So we ordered the scallop dumplings, and prawn and bamboo pith dumplings. We wanted to order the abalone ones, but were told they were sold out.The dumplings were surprisingly better than expected. The scallop one had a hole scallop

Before going in, it heavily promoted is dumplings and milk dessert.
So we ordered the scallop dumplings, and prawn and bamboo pith dumplings. We wanted to order the abalone ones, but were told they were sold out.
The dumplings were surprisingly better than expected. The scallop one had a hole scallop wrapped inside. Hence would have expected the same for the abalone one (most probably a mini abalone inside).
The the dessert was good too, not too sweet.
The milk dessert was the best, the top had curded milk, not too creamy which was good.
The mango with crystal noodles was also good, not too sweet, but hard to eat with a spoon.
