We enjoyed their roasted duck served with paper thin pancakes, cucumber, shallots and tasty seafood sauce.
烤鴨加上薄薄的麵粉皮, 青瓜, 蔥 和好好食的海鮮醬.

I ordered it separately and it is an innovative dish! It is crispy but not oily, you eat taste the texture of oatmeal but won't be too rough. It won't be too sweet together with sugar and coconut shred on top.
呢個以反沙芋做概念以創作既燕麥蕃, 用燕麥粒做炸粉變相唔油膩又食得出粒粒口感, 蕃薯條脆口夠甜好軟熟, 唔會粗身, 配上吵糖同椰絲十分好食!
