well been a long time, that evey little Jap REst. had serve the same kind of sashimi and low quality of junk.well. maybe this shop does not serve every expensive item, but certainly show the dignity of their work on the food. "ISAKI" taste fantastic, "SYORI" is such a seasonal item, the most common sashimi item "aji" is also been selected... using the "TSURI" which mean hand fishing one .. much better quality... taste of the nature .. um..... taste much better than the shop use the cartivated
