Excellent dinner and nice ambiance

Not my first time to visit Gaia and this time I got to write an review. Unfortunately we spend our time busy in enjoying our food and forgot to take photos. Next time will for sure do some good shooting. Tonight we had dinner at Gaia and the restaurant is rather quiet. Including us there are total 3 tables and thus the service is exceptionally good. We order 2 pizzas, some appetizer, pasta and 1 kg Aussie T-bone steak for sharing. The portions are kind of big and we all end up walking out of the

Next time will for sure do some good shooting. Tonight we had dinner at Gaia and the restaurant is rather quiet. Including us there are total 3 tables and thus the service is exceptionally good. We order 2 pizzas, some appetizer, pasta and 1 kg Aussie T-bone steak for sharing. The portions are kind of big and we all end up walking out of the restaurant with a full stomach. Their pizzas are the best in HK, thin crispy crust with a lot of ingredients. We order our steak and asked to be cooked to medium. The T-bone steak turn out to be cooked to perfection. We end our meal with some gelato and tiramisu. Despite I am a non desert eater but I can say their desert are great😋. Wonderful experience and a perfect place to dine!
