Brim 28 is an alfresco dining experience with western and non Hongkong-ized restaurants lining up 360 degree around the building for you to choose. Been to Angus a few times and always a die-head supportor of their top-of-the-world seafood paella. Other restaurants' paellas are expensive and not flavourful, but this one is cheaper (168HKD a la carte) with SO MANY pieces of fish, cuttlefish, prawns, too much than I expected so I end up not able to finish all sometimes. A cheerful Philipino waitress recommended me buffalo wings as starter of a steak dinner set (258HKD), I should have thanked her. The buffalo wings were gigantic and succulent, standard salty flavour, crispy, I was surprised to see how big they were. The steak, salad and banana tiramisu were all great, big in portions as well. Great deal.
