The outer and interior design was super attractive, can't hold myself to snap a few shots of the place. I don't usually eat tuna in Hong Kong, they taste like blood and not fresh at all, but the tuna here gave me a pleasant feeling
They came in a bowl of cabbage and pea shoots, mixed in yuzu mayo
So fresh so clean
You have to roll the scallop roll yourself, something to play with!
Scallops are super soft and sweet
Savoury popcorn on vanilla icecream was a surprise, having olive oil on top was a bigger surprise
Like the combination of savoury and sweetness
Fried banana and icecream was delicious, crispy, soft, warm and cold in one bite
Story telling: TMK Rap & Rolls was inspired by the hiphop era in the 80s, the staff explained to us the people in those days usually put themselves in Addidas, and so do they in the restaurant. I wore the same Addidas tshirt coincidentally, I was invited to take a polaroid for them to stick on their board, it was super funny memorable and interesting experience!
I like their vibe and customer service, positive and energized!
