Came here because of the environment and the nice food - which it is famous for. So got here and made some order, we ordered a shrimp dumpling, siu mai, foe gras deep fried roll, black custard lava bun, cheung fun. I think all the food they serve taste really nice. They are all very delicately made and I just love the plating of their dishes and there is always a twist of creativity in their food. I think all the food they serve taste really nice. They are all very delicately made and I just love the plating of their dishes and there is always a twist of creativity in their food. Just like the custard bun, the bun is made of charcoal mix (dont know how it works) and there is also a brush of gold on it - an amazing mix or colour. Apparently they also serve charcoal shrimp dumpling too.
Anyway, we also ordered a sea urchin fried rice with truffle.surprisingly the truffle flavour is very strong in the stew rice and when mix with the generous size of urchin- a taste of heaven.
But yeah... it’s one of those fancy restaurant that you dont go every day... or every week. So worth a try!
