Soft and fluffy sourdough. Both of the homemade sauces were flavorful and didn't overwhelm the original beefy flavor of the patty. The truffle sauce was aromatic, rich and smooth, while the garlic sauce with minced garlic was thick and creamy, yet not too pungent.
