Soft and fluffy sourdough. Both of the homemade sauces were flavorful and didn't overwhelm the original beefy flavor of the patty. The truffle sauce was aromatic, rich and smooth, while the garlic sauce with minced garlic was thick and creamy, yet not too pungent.
The Angus beef patty had a golden brown sear and a lot of meat juice with a balanced amount of meat to fat.
I picked the thick, smoky and savory BBQ sauce which went well with the piping hot wedges.
Homemade lemonade was sweet and fizzy and thirst-quenching.
