Recently, my family and I finally visited The Wai, the new mall that was the hot topic nowadays. We were attracted by the cozy ambiance, a very Thai-style vibe restaurant . One of the dishes we tried was the 豬頸肉 (Pork Neck). The pork neck was tasty and have a good amount for us to share. The meat was incredibly juicy and paired wonderfully with the accompanying sauces that we asked the staff for, adding a tangy and slightly spicy kick. Another highlight was the 芒果椰汁三色糯米飯 (Tri-color Glutinous Rice with Mango and Coconut Milk). This dessert looked really nice and vibrant and the mango was fresh and sweet, just as expected from an authentic Thai restaurant. The vibrant colors of the glutinous rice, delicately flavored with coconut milk, were complemented by the sweet and juicy slices of mango. Each spoonful offered a delightful balance of textures, with the soft and sticky rice blending harmoniously with the creamy coconut milk and the refreshing sweetness of the mango. It gave me sense of satisfaction.
