Booked well in advance to secure my dining experience here, and you can choose either Essentials 6 course or Extended 8 course for the dinner menu; of course I went for the Extended 8 course menu 😊 Before the appetizers and main dishes kick in, we were served with a break basket with 4 choices of olive oil to dip, ranging from the lightest taste to a stronger one👏

Overall the dining experience was superb 💯 Each ingredient used was top on and lived up to the standard, definitely somewhere to revisit for special occasions!
