The chicken itself was nothing I’ve ever tried. It was springy yet tender, with a subtle flavour that was enhanced by the aromatic rice.
The skin was slightly crispy and golden brown, adding a nice texture to the dish.
Overall, I would highly recommend chicken rice to anyone looking for a comforting and satisfying meal. The dish is simple yet flavourful, and the combination of tender chicken, fragrant rice, and delicious dipping sauce is truly a winning combination. (10/10)
