為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

Flavorful menu items at a reasonable price

First time visit to Crystal Jade, it was wonderful. Very quiet when we arrived at 6:45pm, but by 7:30, it had filled up, and had lots of energy. We had 4 different dishes; Chicken Soup Noodles, which gave us 4 servings, $42. The noodles were well soaked in the broth; the chicken cubes and celery added flavor and crunch to this dish. We also had the Shanghai Dumplings, $32 for 4. They were so delicious, we had a second order! In addition we tried the Radish Dumplings, $30 for 3, and Crab and Mu

Both were very good. The radish dumplings were flaky on the outside, and hot and succulent on the inside. The crab and mushroom dumplings were smaller than expected from the picture on the menu, but were very tasty. A crispy, chewy shell encapsulating a nice mix of crab and mushroom bits, with a subtle taste of the sea.

For the 5 servings we ordered, we paid $196, and we felt this was a great meal for the price.
