Ganso Tsukemen was a ramen restaurant specialized in Tsukemen. They were located at Hau Fook Street, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.They served a wide range of tsukemen, with seafood ingredients as their signature. They have instructions on the wall teaching us how to dip the ramen into the soup. The serving was huge, covering the whole bowl, with 1 lobster cut into half. Lobster was cooked with melted cheese, thus making it cheesy and juicy, chewy as well. It consisted of bamboo shoots

The serving was huge, covering the whole bowl, with 1 lobster cut into half. Lobster was cooked with melted cheese, thus making it cheesy and juicy, chewy as well. It consisted of bamboo shoots, soft boiled eggs and seaweed as well.
Soup was very flavourful and thick in texture, able to refill for free if needed.
Ramen was chewy and smooth, flavourful as it absorbed the essence of the soup broth.
Soup came with cut lobster meat and pork as well, which were chewy and juicy.
