Again we have to celebrate the glories of Hong Kong's access to fresh, fresh seafood!This is our 3rd time visiting this restaurant. We are a bunch of crazy seafood lovers. Every time we will picked up the fresh live seafood from the fish market vendors on the ground level of the restaurant. Cooking seafood properly is all in the timing, seafood is at its flavorful best when the timing is perfectly done. Cooking seafood properly is all in the timing, seafood is at its flavorful best when the timing is perfectly done.

Blanched prawns
Abalone steamed in tangerine peel
Steamed Clams with vermicelli in Shell with garlic
Snails in spicy wine sauce
Steamed Grouper
Stir fried Crab with Ginger and Spring Onions
Stir fried Razor clams in black sauce
Stir fried Veggi with Garlic
Highlight of the meal is the grouper. It was thoroughly cooked and yet you can see the meat just begun to flake easily.
All in all, everything was moist, tender and have a delicate flavor.
They are very fair on the price, charging a base cooking fee per dish per person. Additional dishes charge separately. The total price of cooking price was 730 HKD for 8 pp. It was very affordable and much less than what we paid in restaurants in the city. In addition, we enjoyed 8 dishes of live seafood.
Remember, the more people the better, so you can try more different things.
