Had a very satisfying and delicious omakase dinner at this new restaurant. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and all of the plating were beautiful and visually appealing. Started off with a large fresh oyster sashimi that was enough to want to go back for more. The flow of the omakase was also great, as I personally dislike some restaurants that are too much like an assembly line rushing out dish after dish. The chef here was attentive and fun to chat with, which made the evening more lively. Ov
