There are quite a few Classifieds in Hong Kong. All of them have a similar menu and ingredients. Spaghetti with meatball is a old time classic. The taste is decent here but it is made with tangy herbs with the stems still attached. This forces the eater to pick them out from the dish (or worse if you missed one and put it in your mouth already.)
The meatball usually comes with some mystery as the meat and herbs are grounded up but usually not in a homogeneous nature.
The noodles are decent. Sauce is tangy but a bit short of in terms of quantity, making the dish a bit dry at times.
These are the little things that ruin an otherwise great dish. The saving grace is the ingredients, which is almost always fresh.
Service is acceptable, but the kitchen tends to be lazy and closes early (up to 30 minutes prior to posted last call).
