Originally we came to HC for shopping, however ended up window shopping. Then we saw this new bakery no queuing required, so we went in to check it out 😬🤣The two of us ordered the egg cutlet sandwiches, omelette soufflé with cheese, the signature pastry and the fish ball skewer, with a cup of americano hot.The fish ball came first, followed by the pastry with the Omlettle came last. The dishes that requires cooking, it’s taking much longer compared to the other two 😅First, the fish ball skewer

First, the fish ball skewer, overall was ok, it’s like fried ice cream dough balls, something new, but tasted little greasy, personally, I wouldn’t be able to eat one full skewer myself.
Second, the signature pastry, can’t exactly remember what’s the name for it. Looks ok, tasted like The Palmier. Abit hard and cold though, I was expected to be a little warm, and soft like the advert and magazine showed 😏
The omelette soufflé, quite big actually, not bad, ok. Nothing much special about this one.
The egg cutlet sandwiches, this is good, I would recommended and come back for it again 😋😋😋 but very heavy and filling, best to share with people 😛
At the time we visited, the bolo Bao, lemon tea and the cookie cup was sold out already, otherwise we would have ordered. I guess we will make another trip to try these along with the egg cutlet sandwiches again 🤪 though the rest I would give it a miss, tried and not something I wanna go back for more😅
