Hogology is a famous joint for fried pork chop with their first branch at CWB.Now they have a second branch on Wellington Road near the Sheungwan end with a 1960s touch to it with old movie posters etc.There is English on the menu.I ended up ticking for more noodles by mistake because I thought if you wanted noodles instead of rice that box had to be ticked.As well as pork chop, they had other stuff to cater for people who don't feel like having pork chop.Had the pork chop with thick noodles.The

The pork chop was moist whilst the coating was crispy.
For the noodles, you can choose thin or thick.

I found that the sauce tasted different for the thin and thick noodles, the thin noodles tasted sweet while the thick noodles were more savoury.

For the other bowl, had thickly sliced luncheon ham and egg with thin noodles.
This was satisfying with curry sauce and spring onion sauce.

Will be back often as the location is much more accessible than CWB.
