Never could have imagined to have frozen custard found in creme brûlée. Asked the chef, he explained that this is the authentic way to do creme brûlée.... Whatelse I could say! There is a difference between chilled custard and frozen custard, please do try to listen to a customer's comment if she paid for a dessert that she didn't  take a second bite.........PS, sago dessert soup should use coconut milk instead of any other milk, cause sago will dilute the sweetness of coconut milk, and make the

PS, sago dessert soup should use coconut milk instead of any other milk, cause sago will dilute the sweetness of coconut milk, and make the Dessert in a more well balanced taste, not watery tasteless liquid
