Got this cake from my dear colleagues for my farewell. The cake looks like a xiao mai, a Chinese dim sum, but actually is nothing related to it. It's definately not for cutting into pieces so I recommend enjoying by yourself instead of sharing with others. The most smoothy cake I have ever had in my life. Thanks to the cream added to soften the texture, it's somehow like having ice-cream. The cream is well-textured, soft and not too sweet. The textures of cake, berry and cream complement each other well. But the price is a bit high anyway.
