Known for their classic live band performance and white gloves service, Gaddi’s is the icon of The Peninsula Hong Kong. We ordered the lobster bisque, Hokkaido scallops, French veal rib, and a dessert tower. The bisque was creamy with fresh lobster bits and the scallops were cooked to perfection (perfect chewyness!). Overall it was a super fulfilling (too fulfilling) meal with fresh ingredients. Although the band performance was suspended, the atmosphere was still grand, and the wonderful waiters made the experience feel personal.
