Traditional is a word of two sword. it praises by meaning a long bloodline that withstand time; it criticises by addressing the obsolescence over time.

Tai Wing Wah is a bit of the both. They have one of the best quality of chinese buns, especially the lotus seed paste bun (榮華白蓮蓉包) which inherited from  their famous mooncakes.

Other steam dim sum is average, if not slightly under that. It may not because of they have degraded, it could just be the standard changed over the years.
