Restaurant Review📋Food🍽Sauerkraut Fish🐟- What a big dish🍽, nearly occupied the whole table- we've ordered the large size which contains 900g of fish🐟according to staff's description - the sourness & spiciness was balanced. The dish had used 3 kinds of Chilli🌶, 🔴🔶💚. The Orange one gives the hot & Spiciness, Red one unleashes the chilli aroma, Green one which was being preserved adds the sourness & hotness - we can see the Sichuan Pepper & Chrysanthemum but tasted nothing from them- the Diced deep

- the sourness & spiciness was balanced. The dish had used 3 kinds of Chilli🌶, 🔴🔶💚. The Orange one gives the hot & Spiciness, Red one unleashes the chilli aroma, Green one which was being preserved adds the sourness & hotness
- we can see the Sichuan Pepper & Chrysanthemum but tasted nothing from them
- the Diced deep-fried Garlic has enhanced the flavor & make the dish more mouthwatering
- the sliced fish🐟was silky & tender but bit fishy & contained some small bones
- there are some tofu & bean sprouts and loads of Sourly Preserved Veggies in the broth. I've added beancurd sheet as well. Quite a lot for 3 pax & we're unable to order another dish after enjoying this
- Being Thirsty for the whole night after drinking couple small bowls of broth

- a causal dining place, seats were bit not comfortable
- nice view near the window as its loacated on 18/F in Prince Tower, Tsim Sha Tsui
