Today is my date night therefore things were getting cheesy. We have come to one of the hyping Korean restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui and it literally took us 10 mins to wait for a lift to come upstairs. During the opening promotion period. We could get two big glasses of slushie for free. They were blackcurrent and lemon flavour. However, I think the taste was way too sweeter than my likings. During the opening promotion period. We could get two big glasses of slushie for free. They were blackcurrent and lemon flavour. However, I think the taste was way too sweeter than my likings. While we were waiting for our pot of cheesy chicken, we got to try some of their entrees including pickled raddish, cucumber, fish cakes, salad, and of course some good old kimchi. We were recommended to save the picked raddish to enjoy along with the chicken! Then our beef salad arrived, we in fact liked it so much because the sasame seasoning could never fail with some marinated soft beef pieces! The salad also had a lot of fresh green which was really refreshing for a heavy meal like this. When the hot plate arrived, we were very shocked with its size, it was a lot bigger than my hand! The ingredients were miranted chicken, some mushrooms pumpkins, cabbages, and some onions. It is the restaurant's rule to help cooking the dish for their customers. They first put everything on the hot plate and par-cooked everything first. Then some strong alcohol was used to flambe the plate to enhance the flavour! Wow! Afterward, LOADS of cheesy were then added in the middle and the dish would be covered with lid unless the cheese was melted. After about 3 mins, the cheese were almost melted and it is time to start lower than fire. It is recommended to dip your chicken pieces into the cheese. What's better? Remember the picked raddish that we have saved? It could be even more enjoyable to wrap your cheesy chicken with raddish! You have to try it yourself to love it forever! The price was super affordable for the size and we (2 people) could not finish the whole plate at the end. I reallly can't wait to come back and to try other dishes with more friends.
